The “Auto portrait ” methodology is based on a list of obvious questions that don’t usually come to mind around all aspects of the body in three time dimensions (present, past and future). These questions are accompanied with a series of exercises that explore stillness and movement , gestures and postures, real and imaginary space, voice, silence and rhythm.
تعتمد منهجية “الصورة الذاتية” على قائمة من الأسئلة البديهية التي لا تتبادر إلى الذهن عادةً حول جميع جوانب الجسد في ثلاثة أبعاد زمنية (الحاضر والماضي والمستقبل). تترافق هذه الأسئلة مع سلسلة من التمارين التي تستكشف السكون والحركة ، والإيماءات و الوضعيات، والفضائين الحقيقي والمتخيّل، والصوت ، و الصمت والإيقاع
Questions are chosen according to the theme of the performance. The performers begin to search for answers within a set of exercises defined by the choreographer, which , on the one hand, gives the performers an opportunity to share their intimate personal stories, and, on the other hand., enriches the choreography with the individuality of their bodies
يتم اختيار الأسئلة حسب موضوع الأداء. يبدأ فنانو الأداء في البحث عن إجابات ضمن مجموعة من التمارين التي يحددها المصمم الحركي ، والتي تمنح المؤدين فرصة لمشاركة قصصهم الشخصية الحميمة من ناحية ، و من ناحية أخرى تثري التصميم الحركي بفردانية أجسادهم
